Shaniko is a US Farm Group, certified under the Responsible Wool Standard, of Merino/Rambouillet sheep. Grown, sheared, scoured, combed in the U.S. in the Great Basin Region.

    Roanoke Island Top is not a superwash wool; finished items need to be  gently handwashed to prevent felting.

    Shaniko wool is a Merino/Rambouillet hybrid, grown in the US under Responsible Wool Standards for animal welfare.
